Promotion Terms & Conditions

Goat Club Pty Ltd (ACN: 658 935 043) of Suite 219, 139 Cardigan St, Carlton VIC 3053, trading as the ‘Goat Club’, is conducting a trade promotion by way of lucky draw (hereinafter referred to interchangeably as the ‘Promotion’ or ‘Giveaway’) for individuals (hereinafter referred to as ‘Participant’ or ‘Participants’ or ‘Members’ or ‘Entrants’ or ‘Them’ or ‘You’ or ‘Your’).

1. Entry
   1. (a) By entering this Promotion you warrant that you are an Eligible Person and that you agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Goat Club and the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion.
   2. (b) This Promotion is known as the Monolith.
   3. (c) This Promotion will commence at 07:00pm on the 7th of August 2025 and close at 07:15pm on the 14th of August 2025 Melbourne time (the Promotion Period).
   4. (d) Any breach of these terms and conditions, including where the Goat Club has a reasonable basis to believe that the terms and conditions have been breached, any and all entries received from that person are void and that person will not be eligible for any Prize.
2. Eligibility
   1. (a) This Promotion is open only to people who:
      1. (i) are residents of Australia; and
      2. (ii) are 15 years of age or older; and
      3. (iii) have completed all requirements from time to time that are specified for the Promotion.
   2. (Eligible Person).
   3. (b) Only an Eligible Person is able to enter into and win any prize offered in the Promotion.
   4. (c) It is the responsibility of the participants to ensure that their contact information and mailing address provided to the Goat Club are current as at the time of the Promotion.
   5. (d) Goat Club employees, company directors and their parents, spouses, de factors, siblings or children are not eligible to enter into or win any prize offered in the Promotion.
3. How to Enter
   1. (a) In order for an Eligible Person to be entered into the Promotion (an Entrant) they must:
      1. (i) Purchase a membership to Goat Club; or
      2. (ii) Continue a membership to Goat Club, during the Promotion Period.
   2. (b) The Promotion can be entered through the purchase or continuation of a membership to the Goat Club at the following internet address:
   3. (c) When a person purchases or renews (including via any automated subscription) a membership to the Goat Club, that person receives a certain number of entries to each active Promotion for that month of their membership, in accordance with the number of entries specified for the category of their membership.
   4. (d) For each further month that a person remains a member of Goat Club, that person will receive additional monthly entries into any Promotion conducted during that month, in accordance with the number of entries specified for the category of their membership. For example, a person who has been a member for three months of a category which receives one entry per month, will receive three entries for any Promotion taking place in the third month. A person who has been a member for three months of a category which receives three entries per month, will receive nine entries for any Promotion taking place in the third month, etc.
   5. (e) Entries are automatically applied to any eligible Promotion. Entries are personal, nontransferrable, nor redeemable for cash or any other consideration.
   6. (f) No entry fee is required to participate in the Promotion.
   7. (g) Entries must be received before the end of the Promotion Period to be eligible. The time of entry is the time the registration is received by the Goat Club. No responsibility is accepted by the Goat Club for any late, incomplete or lost entries.
   8. (h) By entering into the Promotion, you agree that your information may be published as a winner as required by law and these Terms and Conditions.
4. Prizes
   1. (a) The total prize pool is valued at 12,000 AUD (inclusive of GST) as at the date of conducting the Promotion. The value is based on recommended retail prices.
   2. (b) The prize pool consists of the following:
      1. (i) Monolith
   3. (c) The Promotion will have one winner.
   4. (d) If the major prize winner is under the age of 18 the prize will be awarded to the legal parent or guardian who is above the age of 18.
   5. (e) The Goat Club may at its discretion vary or amend prizes so as to provide reasonable alternative prizes (of an equal or greater value than the original prize) if any prize should be unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the Goat Club.
   6. (f) Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other goods or services unless otherwise specified by the Goat Club.
   7. (g) If for any reason the winner does not, is not able to, or chooses not to claim any element of the prize that element is forfeited.
5. Drawing
   1. (a) The prize winner will be drawn at 07:15pm on the 14th of August 2025.
   2. (b) The prize draw will take place at Goat Club Pty Ltd, Suite 219, 139 Cardigan St, Carlton VIC 3053, available to the public via live stream on YouTube, and other platforms as designated by the Goat Club.
   3. (c) The prize draw will be conducted by way of the ‘Secure Seed Draw System’ (the Draw System) or equivalent.
   4. (d) Each entry will have a unique identifier which acts as a personal code for the draw, and ensures that every entry is processed independently and fairly. The Draw System is designed to draw using a hidden code to ensure randomness and the integrity of the draw, as well as a system which guarantees that each entry is given an equal chance of winning.
   5. (e) The winning names will be drawn randomly using the Draw System by or under the supervision of an agent or employee of the Goat Club.
   6. (f) The prize being drawn will be confirmed prior to each draw.
   7. (g) The Draw System gives Promotion entrants the opportunity to verify the result of the draw following determination of the winner, to confirm that their entry was included in the draw and that this was conducted fairly.
   8. (h) Goat Club reserves the right to vary the method of drawing or the stream of the prize draw, provided that the draw is random and that all entries have an even chance of winning any prize. Any variation of the method of drawing the prize or streaming does not invalidate the draw.
6. How to Win
   1. (a) Prize winners will be notified on the live stream and the names of winners will be published on the Goat Club website. If the winner does not answer that live stream, they will remain the winner and further attempts will be made to contact the winner using the contact details of the entrant as part of their membership.
   2. (b) The names of all winners will be published on the Goat Club website for the public to view for a period of at least 28 days.
   3. (c) The results will be made available within 7 days of determination of the prize winners, if requested. A request to the results of the draw can be made in writing to Goat Club at the following email address: <support@goatclub.com.au>
   4. (d) All winners will be notified directly, by written means, within 21 days of the determination of the results.
   5. (e) The Goat Club reserves the right to request a winner provide proof to the satisfaction of the Goat Club that the winner is an Eligible Person and entitled to a prize.
   6. (f) Any winner of a prize in the Promotion is deemed to have forfeited the prize and the Goat Club may randomly select a new winner of that prize in the following circumstances:
      1. (i) Where the winner has not claimed a prize within one 28 days of the draw after reasonable efforts have been made by the Goat Club to contact the winner;
      2. (ii) Where the winner has been determined to have breached any of these terms and conditions;
      3. (iii) Where the winner has failed to provide satisfactory evidence that they are an Eligible Person within 7 days of a request by the Goat Club;
      4. (iv) Where any prize or correspondence to the winner has been returned to the Goat Club as ‘non-deliverable’; or
      5. (v) Where for any reason the Goat Club has not been able to facilitate the prize being delivered to a winner within 28 days after taking reasonable steps.
   7. (g) The winner of a prize will not be charged an administrative or delivery fee in order to receive their prize.
7. Authorisation
   1. (a) The Goat Club is authorised to conduct this trade promotion lottery under:
      1. (i) TP/02233, TP 25/01603, NTP/12669
      2. (ii) Otherwise authorised to conduct this trade promotion lottery in accordance with the applicable laws in Victoria, Queensland and Tasmania.
8. Exclusions and Liability
   1. (a) Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia.
   2. (b) Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Goat Club (including its officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability for any personal injury; or any loss or damage in the provision of any goods or services, or conduct of any promotion, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
      1. (i) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Goat Club’s control);
      2. (ii) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference or intervention;
      3. (iii) any entry or Promotion claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Goat Club) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Goat Club;
      4. (iv) any failure, delay or defect with or related to any network, service of transmission (including by not limited to post, telephone or internet);
      5. (v) any variation in prize or prize value to that stated in the Promotion;
      6. (vi) any prizes damaged or lost in transit;
      7. (vii) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant;
      8. (viii) use of any prize; or
      9. (ix) any other circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Goat Club.
   3. (c) Where any event or occurrence outside of the control of the Goat Club prevents or hinders the ability to proceed with the Promotion or any part of it, the Goat Club may vary, cancel or re-schedule the Promotion or any part of it. any such action must be conducted in accordance with the applicable law and regulatory requirements for which the Promotion is conducted.
9. Headings
   1. (a) The headings in these Conditions are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
10. Entire Agreement
    1. (a) These conditions, read in conjunction with the Goat Club Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement of the parties in relation to the entry and conduct of the Promotion.
    2. (b) Any entrant warrants that they have not relied on any other advertisement, promotion or communication in relation to the Promotion.
