When does the free trial end?
Our site launch free trial ends on the 3rd of July.

Is it really free to enter?
Yes – during our launch promo, new users get a 1-month VIP trial completely free, which includes full entry into all VIP draws for that month. That means you could win insane prizes without paying a cent. If you are unsatisfied, you can cancel your membership before the billing date to avoid being charged.

How do I use my G-Cash?
To use your G-Cash, sign into your VIP account on the Goat Store, view a product and select the amount of G-Cash you wish to apply using the slider and click "Redeem". Then you can add the product to your cart at the discounted rate.

How do prizes get drawn?
All of our prizes are drawn with SecureDraw™ software using a SHA-256 algorithm. It's the only software out there which can prove that your entry was actually included in the draw.

What’s the difference between daily and major draws?
Daily draws are for smaller, fast-moving prizes – gift cards, merch, peripherals, etc. Major draws are for the big stuff – gaming setups, cash, and ultra-rare gear. A VIP membership gives you access to both, automatically.

What happens if I win but miss the live stream?
No stress. If we can’t reach you live, our team will contact you directly via email and/or phone to arrange delivery. You don’t need to be watching to win.

How are minor prize winners notified?
For minor prize winners, our system sends an SMS telling the winner to log in and claim their prize. Please note: We will NEVER send you a link!

Can I cancel my VIP membership anytime?
