I have received a message on social media saying I have won a prize?

We will NEVER contact our winners via social media. Please be wary of fake accounts and if you are contacted, please block and report them to the relevent social media department as they are likely scammers.

How can I watch the draw?

All draws will be streamed live to Facebook and Instagram at the predetermined time and date. Be sure to tune in to find out if you’re the lucky winner!

What’s included in a package?

Can I enter if I am overseas?

No, the Goat Club is only available to people within Australia.

If I win, what happens next?

If your entry number is drawn, you will receive a phone call from a member of the Goat Team on the day of the live draw. If you are unable to receive the phone call, the Team will attempt to contact you at a later time to arrange the delivery of your prize. You have 28 days to return contact before a re-draw occurs. Do not worry, we will try every means possible to get in touch with you!

Will I be locked into anything or is this a one time payment?

All Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum membership packages are a one-time payment only.
