  • How will I be notified if I win?

    For Major Prizes, you will receive a phone call from a member of the Goat Team on the day of the live draw. If you are unable to receive the phone call, the Team will attempt to contact you at a later time to arrange the delivery of your prize.

    For Minor Prizes, our system sends an SMS telling you to log in and claim the prize. Please note: We will NEVER send you a link!

    You have 28 days to claim before a re-draw occurs. Do not worry, we will try every means possible to get in touch with you!

  • Do VIP's get automatic entry into all draws?

    Yes! VIP’s can sit back and relax while they’re automatically entered into every single giveaway.

  • How do prizes get drawn?

    All of our prizes are drawn with SecureDraw™ software using a SHA-256 algorithm. It’s the only software out there which can prove that your entry was actually included in the draw.

  • What’s the difference between daily and major draws?

    Daily draws are for smaller, fast-moving prizes – gift cards, merch, peripherals, etc. Major draws are for the big stuff – gaming setups, cash, and ultra-rare gear. A VIP membership gives you access to both, automatically.

  • Can I cancel my VIP membership anytime?

    Yep. There are no lock-ins or exit fees. Cancel anytime from your account settings – just note that you’ll lose access to future draws and your G-Cash balance.

  • Where can I watch the draws?

    All major draws are live-streamed on YouTube and clips are then posted across our socials.

  • How do I enter the competition?

    To enter, simply sign up to a VIP Membership Tier or grab yourself a once-off membership package if subscriptions aren’t your thing.
